Tex-Mex rock is alive and well after more than 33 years thanks to the original sounds of Los Lobos. The group recently released their new CD, "The Town and the City", that includes a return to the experimental sound that earned them three Grammys.

Using musical molds built on the blues, rockabilly, jazz, Latin and their own Mexican-American heritage, Los Lobos have never beat their fans over the head with politics or agendas. Instead, they subtly challenge them with conscience-raising songs and thought-provoking lyrics. Their latest Hollywood Records release - "The Town and The City" - certainly does that.

Los Lobos is performing at only four venues in Ontario – Massey Hall, Hamilton Place, the new Rose Theatre in Brantford and right here in North Bay at the Capitol Centre.

Don’t miss your opportunity to party with the one of the best bands to come out of East LA on Wednesday, November 8th at 8 p.m.
