OPP in Mattawa, assisted by the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit have arrested and charged a Mattawa man following a child pornography investigation.
On September 7, members the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, OPP Technological Crime Unit and the Mattawa OPP Detachment arrested a 55-year old male for possessing child pornography.
David Lawrence Facette, age 55 years, of Mattawa, is charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Facette was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
He was released on a Recognizance of Bail today (September 8th), and is scheduled to appear November 9, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Mattawa.
The investigation is continuing.
