OPP say a local business owner has been arrested and charged in relation to a fraud.
On August 7 just before noon, the North Bay OPP received a complaint about a fraud in relation to building docks at a location on Highway 94 in East Ferris.
Michael Pedwell, 62, from Bonfield is charged with Fraud over $5,000.
Police did not reveal the name of the business.
Pedwell was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on October 24.
Anyone with information in relation to this fraud or similar frauds involving Pedwell is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
