Members of the Kirkland Lake OPP are investigating a hunting accident at the Kenabeek Lake Road in Larder Lake.
A 44-year female was struck with a single round in the upper left of her body.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:20 p.m. Saturday.
The victim was taken to the Kirkland Lake District Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
