A stretch of Highway 11 is closed after another serious crash. In fact, three accidents are closing portion of Highway 11 this morning.
The closure is from Englehart to New Liskeard, according to Ontario 511. The accident happened around 8 a.m. this morning. Highway 11 is closed in both directions between Highway 560 and Golf Course Rd.
OPP is advising motorists to expect delays.
A little further down the road, Highway 11 is also closed in both directions in the Latchford area due to a crash.
OPP say that incident is near Cemetery Road, which is between Latchford and Temagami. Both lanes are blocked by a transport.
In addition, Ontario 511 says Highway 11 is partially closed near Kirkland Lake at Highway 112. The northbound lane and the north shoulder are closed in the Tarzwell area. That accident happened at 9:40 a.m.
Further west, Highway 11 is closed from Kapuskasing to Hearst due to a collision. That accident occurred at 10:50 a.m.
Yesterday, Highway 11 was closed for hours just south of Kirkland Lake after a crash between two transport trucks. One person was sent to hospital with life-threatening issues, said police.
