Nipissing-Timiskaming tMP Anthony Rota says every Canadian deserves to get the health care they need whenever and wherever they need it.

"But right now, the system is not living up to that promise with outdated technology, long wait times, and reduced hours at community clinics and hospitals across the country." Rota said in a news release.

Ontario and the federal government have reached a 10-year deal in principle on health care, paving the way for both sides to iron out the details of how the new money will be spent.
