Gas prices in North Bay jumped by about 10 per cent this afternoon, although some stations still have gas around a buck a litre.
If you find them, gas up.
The Petro Canada on Algonquin was selling gas at 3 p.m. for 110.3 per litre. Half the stations listed on GasBuddy have followed suit, however, at 3:30 Mac's on Main was at 100.9 with a handful of other stations still close to that level.
Necessities on Highway 11 west was still at 96.7 this afternoon.
