Dressing rooms at Pete Palangio Arena get the green light

On Wednesday October 27 clearance was given for the reopening of the last dressing room affected by mould at the City’s Pete Palangio Arena. All 12 rooms are now available for use.

Since August 20, dressing rooms have been out of service due to mould. Since that time contractors have been undertaking extensive cleaning, and restoration measures. Dressing rooms have new wall coverings, benches repaired or replaced, the entire lower level has been repainted. Air sampling has been ongoing since the beginning of this situation.

The City recognizes the inconvenience this situation has caused and appreciates the cooperation and understanding of our numerous user groups.
