Crime Stoppers is looking to stop marijuana from hitting the streets of North Bay by offering a bigger incentive for people to call in tips.
During the months of September and October, Near North Crime Stoppers will be doubling the reward amounts, up to a maximum of $2,000, for successful tips on illegal marijuana grow operations.
The group asks that anyone with information on illegal marijuana grow ops to give it a call.
