On 30July at 8:00 pm a man tied his dog outside Pinehill Plaza.
The dog was there for approximately an hour.
Another man made inquiries about the dog; gave the dog some water, then left with the dog.
The dog is a black lab and border collie mix.
Anyone with information about this incident is requested to call Cst Darcy Wall at 705-497-5555.
