City man charged with fraudulent use of credit card

The investigation into the theft of a credit card reported on 17th Dec 2010 has resulted in the arrest of a 22yr old North Bay man. The credit card was used 4 times shortly after the theft.

Joshua Bell has been charged with Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, and 4 counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card.

He is to appear in court on 8th Mar 2011.

Cst Sue Solman is investigating.
