OPP say they got a call Sunday to respond to a domestic assault incident in Parry Sound.
Investigation revealed that a couple had spent the evening together.
In the morning the male woke up to go to work.
When he was unable to find his work clothes, police say the man assaulted the woman and smashed her cell phone.
A 37 year old male was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Two counts of Assault
- Mischief – Domestic
The man was held in custody to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound.
