The North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce have announced the 2014 Director of the Year and Volunteer of the Year award winners.
The Betty Alcorn Memorial Award for Director of the Year has been awarded to a director of the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce since 1977, and the Mary Ellen Horner Memorial Award for Volunteer of the Year has been awarded to a committee volunteer since 2002.
Recipients are voted on by the board as having "laboured untiringly for the good and welfare of the Chamber and community".
Jake Lacourse won Director of the Year for the fourth year in a row.
For the second year in a row the Volunteer of the Year is Nicole Bamford.
