17-yr-old charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace

The investigation into the June 4th incident near the waterfront where a man was sprayed with bear spray and beaten has resulted in a fourth person being arrested, and arrest warrants issued for two others.

A 17 yr old male was arrested at 9:30p.m. on the 25th June and charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, and breach of probation.

He is to attend court on 14th Aug 2013.
