PREGNANT WOMAN ASSAULTED On the 22nd of Sept. at 4:45 PM a man got into an argument with a woman that was known to him.
PREGNANT WOMAN ASSAULTED

On the 22nd of Sept. at 4:45 PM a man got into an argument with a woman that was known to him. This incident took place on a public street within the city and during this argument the man is alleged to have thrown his coffee at the woman.
The victim is pregnant and was complaining of pains to Cst. Darcy Wall of the North Bay Police who is the investigating officer.
Curtis HARJU 29 years old of Duke St. is charged with Assault and Breach of Probation.

BREAK & ENTER ARREST

On the 23rd of Sept. at approximately 2:30AM it is alleged that a break and enter took place at Erma’s Variety on Fisher St. the suspect was seen fleeing down the street.
Cst. Dave Wilson and Kyle Hughes of the North Bay Police were sent to investigate the matter and became aware that an alarm had been set off at Mr. Sub on Main St. and that this business had been broken into.
There was evidence that the culprit had been cut in the process and the officers attended the North Bay General Hospital and arrested a suspect.
Jason HENDRICK 23 years old of Metcalfe St. is charged with 2 counts of Break & Enter and Breach of Probation.
