FAIL TO REMAIN The North Bay Police are looking for information on a Motor vehicle Collision that occurred on Tackaberry St. on Monday, 24th January, between 7 am and 1:52 pm. A parked car was struck and the offending vehicle left the scene.

The North Bay Police are looking for information on a Motor vehicle Collision that occurred on Tackaberry St. on Monday, 24th January, between 7 am and 1:52 pm. A parked car was struck and the offending vehicle left the scene. The offending vehicle is believed to be a General Motors product possibly a Chevrolet Uplander or a Pontiac Montana. It should have damage to the left rear tail light. Cst Gerry Martin is investigating.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON
On January 26th at 12:50 a male person is alleged to have attended a Riverbend Road residence and when a man answered the door he was struck in the face with a beer bottle. The assailant then punched the man several times in the face then left the area. Gary Moffat, 50yrs of Lakeshore Dr. was arrested at 2:02 am and is charged with Assault with a Weapon and Assault. He is being held in custody for a Bail hearing. Csts Gerry Martin and Chris Marshall are investigating.

THREATENING
On January 25 at 8 pm, it is alleged that a male subject phoned a man and demanded that he be paid $180 by the end of the week or he would kill his dog. Cody Alderson, 24yrs of Lakeheights Rd, was arrested and charged with Threatening and Breach of Recognizance. He has been held in custody for a bail hearing. Cst Andrew Keating is investigating.
