Voyeurism A police investigation into a voyeurism complaint has resulted in the arrest of a 31 year old North Bay man. He has been charged with indecent act, voyeurism and trafficking in a controlled drug.

A police investigation into a voyeurism complaint has resulted in the arrest of a 31 year old North Bay man. He has been charged with indecent act, voyeurism and trafficking in a controlled drug. It was alleged that he gave marijuana to teen age girls, exposed himself to them, and made attempts to video one of the girls taking a shower. He has been held in custody for a bail hearing. Csts Stacey Jackson and Ashley St. John are investigating.

Attempt Break and Enter

At 7:30 p.m. January 8th a woman in her residence on Ann St was watching TV in her bedroom when she heard a loud bang and went to investigate. Her kitchen window had been forced open and she observed a man outside. He fled when she yelled at him. He is described as; male, white, 6 ft, medium build, wearing an earth tone winter jacket that went to his mid thigh. He was last seen running south on Ann St towards High St. Cst Zach Dagg is investigating.

Theft

Overnight on the 4th and 5th of January tools were removed from a vehicle parked on Algonquin Ave, then pawned for cash. An investigation has resulted in the arrest of Daniel Gauthier 48 years of John St. He has been charged with theft under $5000, possession of property obtained by crime, fraud under $5000, and breach of recognizance. Cst Eric Krompotic is investigating.
