CALLS FOR SERVICE Over the long weekend the North Bay Police Service answered 302 calls for service, resulting in 17 arrests for a variety of offences including Assaults, Domestic Assaults, Break and Enter, Breach of Court Orders and Intoxication.

Over the long weekend the North Bay Police Service answered 302 calls for service, resulting in 17 arrests for a variety of offences including Assaults, Domestic Assaults, Break and Enter, Breach of Court Orders and Intoxication.

OFFENCES SOLVED
An ongoing investigation into several offences from 2010 has resulted in the clearing of 5 occurrences. Steve Farrow, 20 yrs of Lakeshore Dr was arrested on February 21 and charged with two counts of Theft, two counts of Break and Enter and one count of Arson. He is to appear in court on 19th Apr 2011. Cst Greg Dix is investigating.

BREAK AND ENTER SOLVED
The investigation into a Break and Enter into a Stockdale residence reported on February 12 has resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey Lacroix, 19 yrs of Kehoe St. He has been charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property and is scheduled to appear in court on 19 Apr 2011. Cst Bill Gainforth is investigating.

FAIL TO REMAIN
The North Bay Police are investigating a Fail to Remain that occurred at 12:30 on Februrary 10. The fail to remain vehicle is described as a Kia Sportage, dark in colour and has damage to the front right corner. This vehicle was involved in collisions with two different vehicles in a parking lot at 147 McIntyre St West. The North Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate the vehicle and identify the driver. Cst Ken Ayres is investigating. He can be reached at 705-497-5555.

BREAK AND ENTER
Between February 12 and February 20 a residence on Clarence St was broken into. A 42 inch Samsung TV, an Xbox 360 and an electric guitar were stolen. Cst Zach Dagg is investigating.
