FIGHTER

On the 18th of March at approximately 3:30 AM Csts. Jason Long and Stacy Jackson of the North Bay Police attended a bus booth on Algonquin Av. in regards to an intoxicated male.

The male was so intoxicated that the officers attempted to take him into custody for his own protection. As the officers began to effect the arrest, this male began fighting with them. He was tasered to complete the arrest.
Robert SURGEONER 39 years old of McIntyre St. E. is charged with Public Intoxication and Assault With Intent to Resist Arrest. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT WOMAN

On the 18th of March at approximately 3:30 AM Csts. Vince Corrente and Steve Taylor of the North Bay Police had occasion to investigate a man who was continuously harassing a woman known to him.
The allegations are that this man persistently called this woman as well as following her around. It is also alleged that this same man broke the woman’s nose in the recent past.

Ryan EDMUNDS 23 years old of Worthington St. E. is charged with Assault Bodily Harm, Criminal Harassment, and Possession of Marijuana. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

BREAK & ENTER & ASSAULT

On the 17th of March shortly before 11 PM it is alleged that a male forced the front door to a home in the 500 block of Kehoe St. It is further alleged that a male entered and then assaulted a male occupant.
This assailant then escaped in a black Sunfire or Cavalier with white stickers on it.
The investigation continues.
