Narcotics seized

At 0104 this morning, a local man was stopped for a routine traffic stop on Lakeshore Drive, North Bay BY Cst. Matt Parker. A police check revealed he was an unlicensed Driver. Upon checking the vehicle prior to towing, a small quantity of Marihuana was found. Jason Wall, 37 yrs, of North Bay is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Breach of Recognizance, and two counts of Breach of Probation. He is being held for a bail hearing today.

VOYEUR CAUGHT

Cst. Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police received a complaint of a male subject, known to a female on Front Street, who was caught looking in the bathroom window of the victim, at approximately 0845 pm March 03, 2008.
A suspect was located at his residence on Oakwood Ave and brought in for questioning. Nicholas Pretty, age 27, is charged with Voyeurism, Breach of Probation, and Breach of Recognizance and is being held for a bail hearing today.
