WEEKEND The North Bay Police Service responded to 214 calls for service over the New Year’s weekend. The officers made 15 arrests for offences including Theft, Fraud, Assault, Intoxication and several Domestic Assaults.

The North Bay Police Service responded to 214 calls for service over the New Year’s weekend. The officers made 15 arrests for offences including Theft, Fraud, Assault, Intoxication and several Domestic Assaults. There was only one arrest for a drinking and driving offence.

BREAK AND ENTER
Between December 23 and January 2, a residence on the 600 block of Lakeshore Dr was entered while the occupant was away for the holidays. Items stolen include a RCA flat screen TV and several gold rings and chains. Cst Greg Dix is investigating.

Between December 17 and January 1, a residence on the 2200 block of Trout Lake Rd was entered while the occupant was away for the holidays. Items stolen include an ACER laptop, DVD’s, and video games. Cst Ross Lingley is investigating.
