PROVES DIFFICULT
On the 24th of Aug. at approximately 11:30 AM it is alleged that a man threatened another man within the city. This complaint was given to Csts. Chris Marshall and Scott Buchanan of the North Bay Police.
The officers attended the suspect’s residence to speak to him but he would not come out. The officers then obtained a warrant and returned and arrested the suspect.
Dale RIVERS 46 years old of Rowe Av. is charged with Criminal Harassment, Threatening and Breach of Probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
