SHOULDN’T DRINK WINE On the 23rd of Sept. shortly after 10 PM two men were drinking wine within a North Bay residence when an argument ensued.

On the 23rd of Sept. shortly after 10 PM two men were drinking wine within a North Bay residence when an argument ensued.
One of the men became angry and attacked the other man with a wine bottle all the while threatening him with death.
The victim received an injury to his ear and was treated and stitched up while at the North Bay General Hospital.
Csts. Ken Rice and Matt Parker of the North Bay Police Service received the call and attended the location in question and arrested a suspect.
George PAUL 46 years old of Main St. W. is charged with Assault With a Weapon, Beach of Probation, Assault Bodily Harm and Threatening. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

DOESN’T UNDERSTAND

During the past 6 weeks a man has been harassing a woman that was known to him.
After being told not to bother the woman, this man then allegedly continued to drop by her residence, call her numerous times and allegedly e mail her over 540 times.
On the 23rd of Sept. Csts. Darcy Wall and Anthony Corrente of the North Bay Police attended a North Bay residence arrested a suspect.
Kevin IRWIN 39 years old of Folkstone Rd. in Redbridge is charged with Criminal Harassment and Breach of Probation and was held for a bail hearing.

HOME NEVER BUILT

During the month of Nov. in 2008 it is alleged that a man was given over $70,000. to build a home for another man.
It is alleged that this home was never built and the incident was reported to the North Bay Police Service. Det. Cst. Denis Levasseur culminated his investigation on the 23rd of Sept. when he charged a suspect.
Roger ACTON 65 years old of Cresthampton Lane in Callander is charged with Fraud Over $5,000. And Criminal Breach of Trust. He is to attend court on the 27th of Oct.
