BOY FOUND SAFE & SOUND The North Bay Police Service would like to thank our media friends for assisting us in returning a 12 year old missing boy to his parents. Patrick MORIN was reported missing on the 22nd of Nov.

The North Bay Police Service would like to thank our media friends for assisting us in returning a 12 year old missing boy to his parents.
Patrick MORIN was reported missing on the 22nd of Nov. and has returned home on Friday the 27th of Nov.
The boy had returned of his own accord.

3 IMPAIRED DRIVERS

During this past weekend officers of the North Bay Police Service arrested 3 impaired drivers including one for being Impaired by Drugs.
Michel RAYMOND 23 years old is charged with Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, Operating while Impaired by Drugs, Possession For the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Drug (cocaine) and 2 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (oxycotin). He is to attend court on the 26th of Jan.

3 FOR ROBBERY

On the 29th of Nov. at approximately 3:20 PM it is alleged that 2 males attended a Pharmacy on Algonquin Av. and demanded Oxycotin. At this time it is also alleged that the robbers held bear spray. After having received some drugs they then fled to a waiting vehicle with a driver.
10 minutes later Cst. Jason Long of the North Bay Police stopped a suspect vehicle on the bypass by Frost St. He was quickly accompanied by Csts. Marc Ethier and Scott Berry.

3 suspects were arrested with a variety of offences:
1-Kyle STACK 25 years old of Second Av. in Sudbury is charged with Robbery With a Weapon, 2 Counts of Possession of Prohibited Weapon (bear spray and flick knife) 2 Counts of Breach of Probation.
2-Daniel BOUCHER 22 years old of Montegne St. in Sudbury is charged with Robbery With a Weapon, 2 Counts of Possession of Prohibited Weapon and Breach of Recognizance.
3-Andrew LATENDRE 21 years old of Patricia St. in Sudbury is charged with Robbery With a Weapon, 2 counts of Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and a Breach charge.
All 3 were kept in custody for a bail hearing.
