FAKE CREDIT CARD On the 9th of March shortly after noon it is alleged that 3 individuals attended a retail store within Northgate Mall and attempted to buy products with what was later found to be a non existent credit card number and name.

On the 9th of March shortly after noon it is alleged that 3 individuals attended a retail store within Northgate Mall and attempted to buy products with what was later found to be a non existent credit card number and name.

As the store attempted to get authorization on this card, the individuals fled and Csts. Steve Trahan and Kyle Hughes of the North Bay Police were called to investigate.

The officers managed to arrest 3 people in relation to this incident.

Thusanth MURAGESU 18 years old of Blue Whale Blvd, in Brampton and Latoya JEFF 27 years old of Swells Rd. in Scarborough are both charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and remain in custody for a bail hearing.

Nishanth GANESHAMOORTHY 18 years old of Wright Av. in Toronto is charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Car, Breach of an Undertaking and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also kept in custody for a bail hearing.

THREATENS DEATH

On the 7th of March during the afternoon hours it is alleged that an argument took place between two women in the town of Callander. It is further alleged that one of the woman threatened the other with death and Cst. Joe Whitehead of the North Bay Police was called to investigate.

A woman was arrested shortly after this alleged incident.

Deirdre PARKS 46 years old of Highway 654 in Nipissing is charged with Threatening and was remanded in custody for a bail hearing.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

On the 6th of March Cst. Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police arrested a male in relation to complaints from a female, that a man continuously harassed her by driving by her residence, calling her repeatedly as well as other allegations.

The officer attended a residence within the city and arrested a male in relation to these alleged incidents.

Matthew CHATTAWAY 28 years old of Cassells St. is charged with Criminal Harassment and remains in custody for a bail hearing.

BREAK & ENTER

Overnight on the 7th of March, unknown persons kicked the front door of Holmes and Pellerin Real Estate on McIntyre St. E. and then went through various offices. It did not appear that anything was missing at the time of the report and cost to replace the damaged front door was approximately $600.

ATTEMPT BREAK & ENTER

On the 7th of March at approximately 9 PM, while an owner was home in the 100 block of Massey Dr., a lone person walked up to the front door and attempted to force his way in. When the lights were activated the suspect fled the scene. The only description available is that the individual was wearing dark clothing.
