ASSAULT BODILY HARM

On the 29th of Aug. at approximately 2:30 AM Csts. Jason Long and Seth Dinsmore attended in the 100 block of Main St. E. in regards to liquor violations. The officers came upon a man who was yelling within an alleyway and another man who was lying on the ground.
A further investigation showed that a fight had taken place and that a third man who tried to intervene was also struck.
The victim attended the North Bay General Hospital for treatment.
Lee PARKER-KOOSEES 25 years old of Oakwood Av. is charged with Assault Bodily Harm and Assault as well as having an outstanding warrant of arrest for Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.

STOLEN VEHICLE ARRESTS

On the 30th of Aug. at approximately 4 AM Csts. Robin Boucher and Steve Brown of the North Bay Police attended on Tower Dr. in regards to a vehicle abandoned in the ditch.
With the assistance of the Military Police, the officers were able to arrest two 16 year old male youths nearby. It was ascertained that the two boys had stolen the vehicle in question and then crashed it into the ditch. Both are charged with Theft Over $5000. and are to attend court on the 21st of Oct.
