SCHOOL START

The North Bay Police Service would like to caution the motoring public on the upcoming school season next week.
Many children will not be paying attention to vehicles and it is up to the drivers to have full care and control of their vehicle.
Our Service will be conducting regular patrols to ensure that drivers stop for stopped schools buses that have their overhead flashing lights activated.
We will also be monitoring the speed of traffic in school zones. We will also keep the media posted on the number of infractions that are dealt with in this regard.

SMASHED WINDSHIELDS

Overnight on the 21st of Aug. numerous vehicles had their windshields smashed with rocks in the 400 block of Airport Rd. At this time there are no suspects.
