Wings Win Gold in Nepean

The West Ferris Wings U14 Ringette team won gold at the 22nd annual Nepean Invitational Tournament. The team went undefeated in round robin play starting with a 10-3 win over Gloucester, followed by a 9-4 win over Nepean.


The West Ferris Wings U14 Ringette team won gold at the 22nd annual Nepean Invitational Tournament.

The team went undefeated in round robin play starting with a 10-3 win over Gloucester, followed by a 9-4 win over Nepean. In Saturday's play, they defeated Clarence-Rockland 14-0. They met up with Ottawa in the final game. It was a hard fought battle, but the girls remained focused and played as a team winning 4-2. The girls played great and responded well under pressure.
