The Widdifield Wildcats dumped the defending NDA Sr. Boys soccer champion Algonquin Barons 3-1 on Wednesday night.
Tim Preston scored twice and Jordan Brooks had the other marker for the Wildcats. Jeremy Ellies scored the lone goal for the Barons.
In NDA Jr. Boys action the Algonquin Barons and Franco Cite Patriotes finished in a 3-3 draw.
Roch Pellerin, Jean-Philippe Primeau and Maxime Villeneuve scored for the Pats while Jean-Michel Paulin scored twice and Jamie Sneddon scored for the Barons.
