Widdifield qualifies four OFSAA tennis players

Joey Snyder nets two NOSSA medals while Chris Bowman and Emma Shea both left the event with gold medals.

The Widdifield Wildcats qualified four tennis players for OFSAA at the recent NOSSA tennis championships held in  Sudbury May 18, 2017.  

Emma Shea won NOSSA gold in the girls singles event, while the doubles team of Will Snyder and Chris Bowman captured gold in boys doubles.

Joe Snyder won a silver medal in the boys singles event.  

The OFSAA Tennis Championships take place May 29th to 31st in Toronto.  

All members of the Widdifield team also play out of the North Bay Granite Tennis Club.
