Trojans hold off Barons

The West Ferris Trojans came back from an early deficit and defeated the Algonquin Barons 72-59 Monday night. The Barons came out flying as they hit 4 three point shots to take a 18-12 1st quarter lead.

The Barons came out flying as they hit 4 three point shots to take a 18-12 1st quarter lead. The Trojans answered
in the 2nd quarter as they went inside on numerous occassions and took a 42-33 half time lead. West Ferris
never allowed the Barons to come close as they maintained their lead throughout the contest.

Cole Addley was again dominant scoring in the paint and finishing with a game high 22 points. Charlie Hancock
provided the outside scoring with 17 and Brady Facette added 13. Spencer Brear scored 8 points but was able to
hold Nick Bedard to 12 points. Eric Huard and Marc Charron added 11 each.

West Ferris now sits at 6-1 going in the break and in 2nd place behind the undefeated Wildcats.
