The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers finished off the regular season in style with a pair of home victories over the second place Kapuskasing Flyers.
The Trappers followed their 4-3 in on Saturday with a 3-2 win on Sunday afternoon.
Braeden Villeneuve led the Trappers with a pair of goals. Jacob Delisle added the other goal.
Jonathon Lacroix and Jacob Comeau replied for the Flyers.
The Sunday victory moves the Trappers into fourth spot in the final regular season standings with a 16-17-0-1 record.
That will set up a best-of-three series against the New Liskeard Cubs starting Friday, February 12th at West Ferris arena.
