Titans Invitational Swim Meet

The North Bay Y Titans played host to 17 swim teams at their annual Invitational Swim Meet last weekend. Dominique Bouchard and Angelina Racine both won the High Points Trophy for their age group in the Ironman competition.

The 10 and under age group proved they could hold their own bringing home many medals and ribbons with Finn Seguin grabbing two golds, two silvers and a bronze while Lindsay Stencell captured a silver and Ryan Garrett a bronze. Once again Grace Liritzis captured a gold in her fly followed by three silvers and three bronze. Hutton Noth brought home a gold and a bronze while Samantha Cowan nabbed a gold and two silvers.

The 12 year olds had a solid weekend with Jeremy Sallie bringing home three golds, four silvers and a bronze while teammates Kristen Gough received three golds, one silver and one bronze and Megan Frederick obtained four bronze placings.

Our seniors led the way with Jennifer Leckie collecting two golds, two silvers and a bronze, Meleah Seguin earning a silver and bronze while fellow swimmer Kelsey O’Connor captured two bronze medals. Ashley Duquette claimed a gold while Heather Waye took home a gold, silver and two bronze placings. Dylan Staples who represented our senior boys, captured a silver and bronze.
