Titans at NOAR

The North Bay Y Titans team traveled to Sudbury this weekend to compete in the final Northeastern Ontario Regional Swim Meet of the season.
The North Bay Y Titans team traveled to Sudbury this weekend to compete in the final Northeastern Ontario Regional Swim Meet of the season.

The boys had a strong showing with Jeremy Sallie and Max Sherry bringing home top three finishes in all of their categories. Andrew Bell, Mark Frederick and Max Giesler continued to excel having landed 4 out 5 top five finishes in all of their individual races. Garrett Ryan, the youngest boy competing, did an awesome job in achieving 100% personal best times in all his swims.

Paving the way for the girls was Brittany Pask who had top two finishes in all her races. Close behind were Megan Frederick with 4 top three finishes while Daniell White and Kristen Gough achieved 3 top three finishes each.
Aurora Buckley and Grace Liritzis finished with one top third placing each with Anna Tryapichkin having placed fifth or better in all her categories. Kristen Lazarou had five top ten finishes while Katherine Tripp accomplished three.

Gough, Buckley, Lazarou, Frederick, Tryapichkin and Liritzis had personal best times in all of their swims.
The Titans will head to Brantford, On in two weeks to compete at Team Champs.
