West Ferris Trojans Cameron Fry was credited with a pretty special goal Sunday afternoon. The scoresheet said he scored the overtime goal to break a scoreless tie and give the Trojans the NDA Hockey Tournament championship over their rivals from St. Joseph's-Scollard Hall.

But although the game is in the books this Trojan wants to set the record straight.

"Caleb Fricker #15 scored it on the deflection off the Scollard defenceman Joe Veltri," said Fry. "I had nothing to do with the goal."

Fry said Fricker deserves the recognition for his hard work, but Fry deserves a lot of credit for his honesty and sportsmanship.
