Sport North Bay is pleased to Present a Panel Discussion on Afforable access to Sport and recreation, followed by their AGM.

Sport North Bay (SNB) is holding a panel discussion, on Affordable Access for Sport and Recreation Wednesday, November 3rd, starting at 7:00 pm in the Sam Jacks Arena Auditorium.

We are pleased to present

Lana Mitchell - LIPI

Michelle Cundari - KidSport

Kim Kanmacher - YMCA

Jim Hall - Hockey

Kelly Brown - Near North District School Board

The panel representatives will address how their organizations strive to ensure that lack of financial resources does not prevent individuals from participating in sport and recreational programs.how they do it and the challenges they encounter.

Anyone interested in sport, recreation and active living is encouraged to attend.

In addition to the above, the evening includes the Annual Report from the Chairperson, Committee Reports, and the election of officers for the 2010 - 2011 Board.

Sport North Bay is completing its 6th year of operation. "The mission of Sport North Bay is to be an impartial voice for recreational and competitive sport. Sport North Bay exists to work with its partners in recreational and competitive sport through information sharing, promotion, resources, communication, education, and advocacy."
