The North Bay Skyhawks had seven team members honoured as the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced its 2004-2005 regular season award winners.

Heading the list of the honored was the late Tom Stagg. Stagg was named first team All-Star for his contributions as the Skyhawks trainer.

Stagg was joined on the first team All-Star squad by defensemen Josh Merson. The offensive blueliner was also named the league's Top Defenseman.

Randy Edmond’s two man rotation between the pipes that features hometown boy Mike Lalande and Sudbury draft pick Chris Abbey posted a league leading 2.54 GAA. The stingy average was enough to capture the team Goaltenders Award.

Mike Lalande’s 2.17 GAA was best in the league earning him the Wayne Chase Memorial Trophy.

Skyhawks forward Marc Andre-Rizk was recognized for his hard two way play earning him the Mitch Tetreault Memorial Trophy as Top Defensive Player.

The John Grignon Trophy for Rookie of the Year had two recipients that included Skyhawks Yves Bastien. Bastien finished with 25 goals and will share the honours with rookie scoring leader Matt Caria.

The Skyhawks sniper Tyler Perry was named a second team All-Star.
