Skyhawks release playoff schedule

The North Bay Skyhawks failed to hold on to one of the top two spots in the NOJHL standings and now will have to face the Manitoulin Islanders in the opening round of the NOJHL playoffs.

The good news is the Skyhawks don't have to battle through a two-week layoff to begin the second round of the playoffs.

The Skyhawks finished the regular season with 24 wins, 7 overtime wins, 14 losses, and 5 overtime losses good for 91 points.

The Islanders finished the regular season with 1 win, 1 overtime win, 47 losses and 1 overtime loss for 6 points on the season.
