Skyhawks fall in OT

Former North Bay Skyhawk Chris Pontes scored in the last minute of overtime to give the Sudbury Junior Wolves a 5-4 victory over the North Bay Skyhawks.
Former North Bay Skyhawk Chris Pontes scored in the last minute of overtime to give the Sudbury Junior Wolves a 5-4 victory over the North Bay Skyhawks.

The Sudbury defenceman pinched in from the point and put a wrist shot right in the into the top of the net - high over the shoulder of Skyhawks goalie Ian Wilson for the game winning goal.

The Skyhawks loss breaks their four game winning streak.

Dustin Fummerton, Tyler Hummel, Justin Roy, and Travis Bradshaw scored for the Skyhawks.

Scott Restoule scored twice for the Wolves with singles going to Brenden Biedermann and Chris Kangas.
