Tyler Hummel and Jordan Bradshaw each scored twice as the North Bay Skyhawks edged the Manitoulin Islanders 5-3 at the Howland Rec. Centre on Friday night.
Jordan Carroll chipped in with a goal and an assist. AJ Shiverdecker had 2 assists.
Jordan Ingraham, Darren Moses and Mike Bondy scored for the Islanders.
The Skyhawks continue their road swing with a contest against the Soo Thunderbirds in Sault Ste. Marie on Saturday and return home for a game against the Sudbury Jr. Wolves on Sunday night at Memorial Gardens.
