Skyhawks defeat Beavers

The North Bay Skyhawks got their first win of 2008 with a 5-2 victory over the Blind River Beavers Friday afternoon.

The North Bay Skyhawks got their first win of 2008 with a 5-2 victory over the Blind River Beavers Friday afternoon.

The game was the Skyhawks second contest which was part of the NOJHL Prospects Tournament which took place at the John Rhodes arena in Sault Ste. Marie on Thursday and Friday.

On Thursday the Skyhawks fell 4-2 to the Soo Thunderbirds.
