Scarborough duo wins Highview Golf tournament

It was a fantastic weekend for the annual Harwood Plumbing & Heating 2 Man Scramble at Highview Golf Course. With a total of 182 participants, the 3 day tournament was a huge success.
It was a fantastic weekend for the annual Harwood Plumbing & Heating 2 Man Scramble at Highview Golf Course. With a total of 182 participants, the 3 day tournament was a huge success. Winning the tournament were first-time participants Jim Bell & David Bell from Scarborough, Ontario. They ended up shooting a 59 on Saturday and a 60 on Sunday, for a final low score of 119. Finishing in second place with a score of 123 was the team of Tony & William Stuckless from North Bay. Following in third was previous champions Chris Derochie & Doug Gorill with a score of 124.

The first place winners of the next 9 flights are as follows: Lacroix & Lacroix winning the first flight with a 132, Guy & Degagné winning the second flight with a 137, Lepkan & Lepkan winning the third flight with a 136, Pilon & Boulet winning the fourth flight with a 142, Shymanski & Desjardins winning the fifth flight with a 144, Renaud & Sharkey winning the sixth flight with a 149, Fitz & Barrett winning the seventh flight with a 148, Newhook & Size winning the eighth flight with a 152 and Paradis & Paradis winning the ninth and final flight with a 168.
