With a depleted line-up the Royals took one on the chin Friday night by a score of 5-2 at the hands of the Innisfil Lakers. The Royals (21-6-1) still hold a six point cushion on Elliot Lake for third, travel down the 400 to take on the Toronto Canada Moose this evening.
Chris Hebert - his 20th of the season - and Cedric Boutin scored for the Royals.
Guillaume Piche faced 41 shots, took the loss and was selected as the games third star.
Innisfil got a hat trick from Jonathen Dew, while Ralph Naval and Anton Holm each had one goal each.
