The Temiscaming Royals fell behind 4-2 and bounced back scoring 5 straight goals in the second and third period en route to a 7-5 victory over the visiting Soo Eagles at the Centre in Temiscaming Friday night.

Darren Shecapio, Cedric Boutin and Brad Clark each scored twice in the win for the Royals. Chris Hebert had the other goal and added two assists, while Stephan Gunner chipped in with 4 assists.

Ryan McAleese scored twice for the Eagles with singles going to Jeremy Christopher, Robert Einersen and Brad Scurfield.

Mike Mesaros got the win in goal for the Royals, who won their second straight and have 3 wins in their last 4 games improving to 8-11-2 on the season.

The Royals are back on the ice Sunday afternoon as they host the Manitoulin Islanders. Game time is 2:00 p.m. at the Centre.
