Royals fall to Jr. Wolves on the road

The Temiscaming Royals lost their 3rd straight and 4th in their past 5 games as the Sudbury Jr. Wolves outscored the Royals 8-4 Wednesday night in Greater Sudbury.

Chris Kangas followed up a six-point effort last Friday in Temiscaming with 5 helpers in Wednesday's victory for the Jr. Wolves.

Corey Raymond, Darren Shecapio, Clayton Happyjack and Chris Hebert scored for the Royals in the loss. Brad Clark chipped in with two assists.

Erik Belanger and Evan Daciuk scored twice for the Jr. Wolves. Chris Pontes, Zach McGillis, Jeff Verreault and Dan Aubut had singles for the Jr. Wolves.

The Royals hope to find the win column on Friday night as they host the 1-12 Manitoulin Islanders at the Centre in Temiscaming before heading to North Bay for a visit with the Skyhawks at Memorial Gardens Sunday night.
