The Chippewa Raiders and Widdifield Wildcats are in the drivers seat after winning the opening games in their respective NDA Sr. Boys semi-finals that took place Thursday night.
At the Raider Dome, the Raiders defeated the 9-time defending NDA champion West Ferris Trojans 63-51 to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three semi-finals.
At Widdifield, the Wildcats held off the Algonquin Barons 53-45.
