The Franco-Cité Patriotes scored four first period goals on their way to a 7-0 shutout of the FJ McElligott Voyageurs on Wednesday night in Mattawa.
The Franco-Cité Patriotes scored four first period goals on their way to a 7-0 shutout of the FJ McElligott Voyageurs on Wednesday night in Mattawa. Pierre Séguin, Patrick Miron and André-Michel Larcher all scored two goals while Jean Séguin added the other. Eric Laforge added three helpers while Miron and Larcher each added two. Phil Beaudry picked up the shutout in goal.

The Patriotes now get ready to host the Algonquin Barons on Thursday night at the Verner Arena. The Voyageurs play the West Ferris Trojans on Sunday night at Memorial Gardens.
