NOJHL seeking new commissioner

Mark Seidel stepped down as Commissioner of the Northern Ontario Junior 'A' Hockey League. In his letter of resignation to the Board of Directors March 17, 2008 Mark sited the main contribution factor in his decision was due to personal reasons and health issues.

The league wishes Mark best of luck in the future and will continue on with Hector Seguin as interim commissioner.

The search for a replacement is underway and the league Board of Directors hope to have a new commissioner selected and in office prior to the 2008-2009 season.

The league states it is seeking a strong leader with hockey experience, with strong administration skills, computer friendly and flexible hours.

All interested parties are expected to submit a resume by May 15, 2008.
