Make it a Date to Skate results

NORTH BAY – Skaters from the North Bay Figure Skating Club once again had a very successful event at the 38th Annual Make it a Date to Skate invitational skating competition held at Memorial Gardens March 9-11th.
NORTH BAY – Skaters from the North Bay Figure Skating Club once again had a very successful event at the 38th Annual Make it a Date to Skate invitational skating competition held at Memorial Gardens March 9-11th.

With approximately 200 skaters from across Ontario and Quebec, North Bay skaters brought home 37 medals. NBFSC skaters won 16 Gold, 10 Silver and 11 Bronze. Sarah Pellanda led the North Bay Club taking home 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal, followed by Cassie Dobson winning 3 Gold medals.

Other triple medal winners included Rikki-Lynn Dubien and Rebecca Olivier who both captured 2 Gold and 1 Bronze medal each, Amy Niemela with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze, Kristen Tod with 1 Gold and 2 Bronze as well as Lindsay Goodridge with 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. There were also numerous double and single medal winners from North Bay.
