The Lakers are now one game above .500 (3-2-0) on the season. The Lakers now sit in sole possession of second place only 1 point behind the East division leading Carelton Ravens.

Alex Instance scored at the 39th minute to salvage a 1-1 tie with Queen's on Saturday.

Both teams missed numerous chances in the final five minutes of the game. Lakers keeper Sam Behm made two spectacular saves at the end diving to keep the ball out.
